In Tiendas de la Alhambra, we are all well-aware of the value of the tales as witnesses to traditions, and transmitters of beliefs and values of a community—all  combined with an amusing storytelling. We want therefore contribute to safeguard this legacy with a catalogue of books of tales inspired by Eastern culture and by ancient Al-andalus. Authors such as Jean-Jacques Fdida, or Malika Halbaoui draw towards the original cultural wealth of the Jewish, Christians, Muslims, and Berbers' oral tradition. In this bilingual version of the book  'Un asceta en la Corte Nazarí', Jose Miguel Puerta Vilchez—art historian and renowned Arabist—shows the connection between the Nasrid Kingdom's Literature, Arts, and Philosophy. Also in a bilingual edition, the new Siham Benchekroun's work 'Cuentos de Tetuan' collects popular children's songs and tales of North-African tradition.

The first hints of inlay technique in wood are dated back in 3000 a.C. in Mesopotamia. Subsequently, this wood inlay technique of taracea was introduced in Spain by the Arabs. The name taracea derives from the arabic word 'ta'rsia' meaning embedding or inlay. The following line of products are inspired by original unique pieces made with this technique in Granada. We offer a line of exclusive iPhone and handmade sunglasses cases in noble woods such as ebony, sycomore, and sapeli. The phone cases are 100% eco and hypoallergenic, and only available for iPhone 5, 6, 7, and 7PLUS.

Some mathematicians such as Pr. Rafael Perez Gomez claims that the 17 symmetry groups—i.e. possible combinations of symmetries in a symmetry plane—can be found in the Alhambra. Composed with a repetitive pattern of infinite series, the geometric forms found in the Nasrid cloths are the best example of decorative system in the Al-andalus, which also were a metaphor for the infinite. Didactically approached and very enjoyably in this book, Manuel Martinez Vela shows us the step-by-step process of tracing tile and plasterworks patterns in 'La Alhambra con Regla y Compas'.
